I have decided to do a limited run of the famous Bristol Scout type C by Greg Thomas. These kits were a marvel of fine engineering when Greg sold them under Thomas Design banner and I am grateful for the opportunity to release the kit again.Many hours have gone into tooling up and arranging the new lasersheets etc, and correcting some digital anomalies on the pan. I plan to make 10 kits. Each kit will come with all of the wood paper and laser cut plastic sheets (more than 500 hundred parts), to build the model, Japanese silk for rigging, printed tissue (you get to specify the exact aircraft your would like to model so that I can print the appropriate tissue). and a vac formed Cowl. This edition of the kit will include built up balsa 20 wheels that you cover with tissue. The kit will come with a plastic prop and a lewis gun kit. The kit will include the Engine crankcase but it will NOT include plastic engine cylinders as included in the original kit. This version WILL include a built-up basic engine assembly that uses wood and paper to assemble the 9 LeRhone cylinders. Spark plugs and exhaust tubing etc. not included. Because this kit is VERY time consuming to cut and assemble it is expensive - Each limited kit will be $250. If you want a short kit of just the balsa sheets and the plan I offer a bare bones option for $89.
