Shipping + Returns
At HMP customer satisfaction is important. If you are disappointed with your product or if your product arrives damaged or is lost we will do what we can to make you happy. Please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Shipping: we offer flexibility in shipping. If you would like your package tracked we can do that but unfortunately it costs more (the post office charges a higher rate for tracked packages). If you have some other request regarding shipping please get in touch via email and I will do what i can to accommodate your needs.
