This is a Jim Jones style balsa stripper that is capable of stripping wood up to 1/8th" (3.2 mm) in thickness. It includes thickness scales in both standard and metric dimensions. Accurate to 0.2 mm which is about the same as the accuracy of balsa wood thicknesses.
